12. 24 Recap: Into Attack Mode

Jack & Co. invaded the baddie lair, a chemical plant was threatened, and Dubaku's got a girlfriend

Next to Larry, Janis troubleshoots with Brunner: "Did you try flashing the memory cards?" "Three times, honey," he retorts. "Normally, I don't allow people to call me honey," she replies, "but we can discuss that later." "Yeah, well, it sounds like you need to lighten up," he volleys back. (This is great. I want them to do a romantic comedy spin-off. He's a macho chemical plant manager! She's an uptight FBI analyst with a sassy mouth! Together they're Honey and the Funny!)

11. House Recap: Cuddy's enormous laptop, plus: actual plot points

The Thirteen/Foreman romance (that last night featured them lounging non-seductively on a huge bed about five feet apart — intimate!) is a total waste of time, so I refuse to discuss it here. I will give props to Olivia Wilde's ability to "play blind," even though it might be as simple as avoiding eye contact with other actors in the same room. I really believed she was blind. Maybe I just wanted her to be blind. And then die.

5. Lost Recap: Life Goes On

Kate went up against the forces trying to take Aaron away, while Sawyer and Locke confronted the past. Also, check out Doc Jensen's video with Daniel Dae Kim discussing last night's revelation

I liked Kate's scenes with Jack. Here was a woman who not so much fell out of love with Jack but rather fell out of trust with him, if that makes sense. We saw her want to trust him again, and he seemed well on the road to earning that trust, too...until Kate saw Ben drive up and heard Jack say, It's okay, he's with us or something, and she looked at him like, Are you freakin' high?!
